Get started with the XRP Toolkit and managing your own crypto assets in three easy steps. You need some XRP, you need a secure wallet and you need to connect your wallet to the XRP Toolkit.

Step 1: Buy XRP

If you already hold some XRP, you may skip this step. If you need to buy some XRP, you can open an account with a cryptocurrency exchange like Binance.

Step 2: Get Wallet

To manage XRP and other crypto assets yourself, you need a secure wallet capable of signing XRP transactions. The XRP Toolkit currently supports the following hardware wallets:

Step 3: Fund Wallet

Once you've set up one of the wallets from the previous step, you need to send your wallet 20 XRP or more, to meet the XRP Ledger's minimum reserve requirement. Fund your wallet from another wallet in your control or withdraw some XRP from your cryptocurrency exchange account.
